Hello Gorgeous!!!

I have now resorted to not leaving my house unless it's for class, a job interview, food, or to dance because I am too weak to not shop...

Clarabella Boutique, in the Lower East Side, has some great SHOESSSSSSS...and great sales as well. It is a narrow lil boutique so don't expect a lot of room. Check out the sale for some great buys.

But not these, this a preview of what's coming in, which you can pre-order 2/23.

I'm in ♥ with these Tashkent's

Vampire Love and Fred Flare!

When Melissa and I got to Fred Flare, we saw this card. We both thought the same thing.....we need to get it for Jessica STAT! Jessica is a huge fan of the Twilight books so it is fitting to send this card to her. The best part is that the car was a part of a contest called Snail Mail. Snail Mail's purpose is to have viewers send in their hand made cards to sell at the FF store, where proceeds go to charity. We're glad to have participated and spread some VAMPIRE LOVE!

It's definitely going to be on this weekend at the McQ Pop-Up in NYC, I don't think you should even bother going on Sunday b/c i'm pretty sure it'll all be gone. Zachary's Smile

K Girls, I checked out the sale last night and it was pretty good. I left with 2 shirts> a floral ruffley shirt, and a pink ruffley one, 1 sweater, and a hat...for $40. Pretty Good right? ZS will also be replenishing the sale daily, so don't feel like you have to do all your shopping in one trip. I plan on going back to sift through their boxes  of Vintage Shoes!

It's neat, organized, and the sales associates are quite nice. I love Vintage, but not that Vintage smell. All Vintage stores/clothes have that same musty smell. Gotta get some Febreze!

One more thing, most items are under $25. Happy Shopping!

Me & Trish at the MAC X Hello Kitty Event in Soho

I love having girly nights like this where I get to run around and play with make-up, take pics with Topless Kitties, drink pink lemonade-y champagne, eat bow shaped cookies, and be surrounded by all things pink and glittery.

Here's what I left with...HK Brush set, HK Compact mirror, Cremeteam Cremesheen Glass in Ever So Rich and lipstick in Lavender Whip...so now I can be purple from head to lips to toes!

Rendezvous @ McQ?!?!

I was walking to the gym when I spotted these posters on 3rd Ave...how did I not learn of this through the millions of things I subscribe to? Oh well nothing gets by me, usually... :-)

Aren't these cute? I want those dolls...

Anyways here's the info: Target is bringing McQ to New York...so we don't have to trek all the way to the one Target in Brooklyn, Thank You! :-)

Dietch Gallery, New York

May 04 — December 21, 2008
Houston Street and Bowery

The Keith Haring Foundation, Goldman Properties and Deitch Projects announce the recreation of Keith Haring’s celebrated Houston Street and Bowery mural.

November 01 — December 20, 2008
18 Wooster Street, New York

Down, an exhibition of new paintings by Kehinde Wiley, opens at Deitch Projects on November 1, 2008. This exhibition consists of four new large-scale paintings inspired by images of fallen warriors, saints, and classical mythology.

November 08, 2008 — February 15, 2009
4-40 44th Drive, Long Island City

EXTENDED TO FEBRUARY 15, 2009

The Ten Commandments, one of Keith Haring’s most powerful series of paintings, will be presented at Deitch Studios, Long Island City, from November 8, 2008 – February 15, 2009. The works portray the Ten Commandments from Haring’s point of view, combining a traditional Biblical interpretation with the artist’s liberating spirit and apocalyptic vision.

December 10 — December 23, 2008
76 Grand Street, New York

Evan Gruzis is presenting his first New York solo exhibition of ink paintings at Deitch Projects 76 Grand Street gallery this December. There will be a reception for the artist on December 12th from 6 - 9 PM.

I am pretty sure now that I'm not going to buy anything b/c everything I thought would be affordable such as the scarf, handbag, and wallet are at $59.50. If I'm going to spend money on a designer piece even if it is a diffusion line, I'd rather it be an accessory where I won't be limited in wearing it...instead my wallet is limiting the line's wearability. It's okay I still got the h&m X Stella McCartney's Oversized Cardigan :-)

But I may still go to witness the madness!

Visit www.hm.com for a full preview, price points, and for directions.

If you have the money and don't want to deal with the crowds you can head over to

"UnPresidented" Election

It is approximately 2:48 AM and I spent this historic day in New York City. I started off the night with my fellow colleagues of NYU's Graduate School of Public Service, housed in our school building at Puck...where we enjoyed food, alcoholic drinks, photo-ops, music, a button table (you'll see) & surrounded by 5 big screens projecting the presidential election results as they came in. I am truly blessed and grateful to be alive during such a historic time and to be living it in person here in New York City. It is truly a dream and a blessing...The entire night was a rollercoaster of emotions. I was excited, giddy, buzzed, hyper, numb, shocked, calm, nostalgic, and reflecting on the past and what's to come in the future.

Here are some pics from my night...

Puck Building...Look Familiar?

Proud of My Button :-)

Everyone was in an extremely huggable mood. I never felt so much love and happiness in one place, as well as all over the streets of New York.

Si Se Puede

I cried a bit when he thanked his Best Friend of 16 years....

This looks chaotic here on 14th Street in Union Square, but everyone was genuinely happy...dancing, hi-fiving each other, honking...Telling you it was like New Years but way better.

Union Square 1:01 AM

Good Night New York...This was more fun than New Year's. Ever. & Thank goodness I don't have to flee to Mexico for the next 4 years.
