It is approximately 2:48 AM and I spent this historic day in New York City. I started off the night with my fellow colleagues of NYU's Graduate School of Public Service, housed in our school building at Puck...where we enjoyed food, alcoholic drinks, photo-ops, music, a button table (you'll see) & surrounded by 5 big screens projecting the presidential election results as they came in. I am truly blessed and grateful to be alive during such a historic time and to be living it in person here in New York City. It is truly a dream and a blessing...The entire night was a rollercoaster of emotions. I was excited, giddy, buzzed, hyper, numb, shocked, calm, nostalgic, and reflecting on the past and what's to come in the future.
Here are some pics from my night...
Puck Building...Look Familiar?
Proud of My Button :-)
Everyone was in an extremely huggable mood. I never felt so much love and happiness in one place, as well as all over the streets of New York.
Si Se Puede
I cried a bit when he thanked his Best Friend of 16 years....
This looks chaotic here on 14th Street in Union Square, but everyone was genuinely happy...dancing, hi-fiving each other, honking...Telling you it was like New Years but way better.

Good Night New York...This was more fun than New Year's. Ever. & Thank goodness I don't have to flee to Mexico for the next 4 years.
