Cooper Building in LA's fashion district is one of my go to spots for sample sales. Black Halo is one of my favorite lines and this Thursday and Friday they are having one of their many sales. Check it out if you are in the area, and while you are there, head to Santee Alley for everything and anything you need. I've gotten shoes, fake handbags (but I don't do the fakes anymore), the warmest blankets, churros, bridesmaids dresses, trendy clothes, clubbing clothes (yes I said clubbing), luggage, jewelry, fresh fruit with chili and lime, LA dogs, my cotillion court dresses...like I said everything!
As you can Black Halo is basically the ones that started this whole trend of cute ruffly blouse tucked into a pencil skirt, which wasn't a new concept to begin with, they just made it easy and convenient by connecting it!
