Another One Bites the Dust...

With the coming of every New Year comes a feeling of a chance at a New Start...But we must not forget the mistakes that we've made in the last year in order to prevent us from falling back into our old and relentless Bad Habits...

The economy was one of the major pains of 08' and Kira Plastinina was not immune...According to Racked, KP accumulated $54M in debt! So consumers, retailers, everybody...take this as a reminder to be smarter and more cautious with your $$$ in 09'

Here are some pics of the KP store in Topanga Cyn Mall...what's sad is that I went to this mall on 3 different occasions, I never once saw it open for customers to scavenge over what's left of the 75% marked-down remains. Sad to see a store in this state. But KP is only 16, I'm sure Daddy will buy her a pony or a jet to cheer her up, and she will be back on top in no time.

In my opinion they opened up too many stores too fast (Remind you of Krispy Kreme?) and tried to have a 16 year old designer cater to 20 and 30 somethings?? Fail.
