Farewell to Taste Ultra Lounge in SJ

Remember that place where everyone knows your name? What was Cheers to you is Taste Ultra Lounge to most of the Bay Area.

What was once a college ritual has become a Thursday nite staple for residents of San Jose and beyond. Now Taste is closing its doors. No more of Sheryls Purple drink (if you had the pleasure of having it you would know) or Pierces infamous Silverbacks. No more running room to room "trying to find our friends" when your checking someone out, lol! No more of Tastes awesome VIP hostesses & crew, ahem-Kirsi, Anita & Kim. No more random photos to check out the next day. No more Tastes resident DJs that rocked the house.

Let us raise a glass and say farewell to Taste who made Thursdays a signature night of good times. Check out DJ Rygar (the guy who made it out to SD with iDR) for the last time at Taste, 87 North San Pedro St. San Jose, CA 95110
